There are about 1200 members who attended written test.Only 150 members cleared written test and iam one of those 150 members.After clearing my written test i went for group discussion about 10 members in every group.The topic given to us is "is our education system being enough for proffesional?"like that and he gave us 5 min time to think about that topic.I wrote 2 eg,and nearly 10 points on that topic,when iam going to start the topic some person in the group interrupted me for taking initiation,the HR gave 20 min to discuss the topic.and i started after 4 members and iam confident about my points.The main point that one should remember is that while we are in gd we should releave our ideas,and the methods for advancements,when we oppose the given topic.Here one should remember that "we are not here to blame anyone else,because we are starting our life,we dont know what is there at outside".please keep it in mind.
I took 5 turns and all that time I took morethan 2 min every time and explained each and every point with an example,and here my voice is my plus point to clear Group Discussion,when ever you are in group discussion please remember that you should start with a positive smile in introducing yourself,and maintain eye contact to each and everyone while introducing yourself,your voice pitch should enough,it should not be high are very low.I maintained it and sees the eyes af each and every one except HR,because we shoud not see to HR while discussing.I said remedies how we can overcome the difficulties for what i opposed and friends please be remember that explain every thing with examples,so that if you are not giving enough explanation about the topic,the example can reveals your idea about that topic.The members selected in our Group Discussion session are 2(myself,other guy).If we consider, both of us didn't initiate or conclud the topic,but only thing we did is we are relevant to topic and we discussed more and more times that he took 3-4 turns,and i took 5 turns.so please utilize each and every minute in GD,and please don't make it as Debate,give chance to others also.

(This is very simple question but remember and please tell truth and postive skills of youself.I answered in this manner),
ME:First i am the daughter of so and so(v should respect our parents as i bliv,but it may not neccesary),then i introduced myself with my name,college,hobbies(clearly mentioned devotional books in my resume itself).
HR: what type of books?
ME:Bhagavadgita,sundaraKanda sir.HR:ok,nice.continue about yourself
ME:strengths,acadamic achievements(i studied 10,+2,ug in different locations)
HR:He interrupted me why i shifted here and there,so i told my problems and explanations.

ME:I explained it clealrly,like description,modules etc.The discussion on project goes about 10 min.

ME:I said the platform,and i dont have any idea sir now to decide my project sir.
(My expierence in that project as a team leader also he stressed).
HR:What is this paper(among 3 other paper presentations he asked one presentation),one workshops(among three other workshops i had attended),
on these we spent another 8 min discussion,
HR:Do you have any questions to ask me?ME:Sir give me my feed back how i presented,and on which areas i have to improve myself sir let me know all these.
HR:Your confident is nice.(i gave a nic smile)and i dont want to give any negative feed back for you.
Me:Sir,I want to know something about me,which i don't know
HR: OK sudha,let me put some more questions to you. how did you write your written test?
ME:Good enough to get into sir

Finally he said all the best sudha,i think you will do anything for society soon.All the best.Then i getup from my seat and gave him a shakehand with confident(his impression i saw in his face,he felt very +ve impession on me on that shakehand )thats the time he came out along with me,i give a chance to him first to go out,after that i followed.
finally at 5'0 clock results are announced,my name is announced in that.so friends please be diplomatic with HR always as we are freshers....
